Restaurants and Shops

We are very happy to sell the cheeses we stock to restaurants and shops, and have a wholesale price list for those companies who wish to buy from us regularly.  It is a side of the business which we have yet to fully develop, however, we have a growing number of enthusiastic customers who buy from us every week. 

Cheese does not sell itself from a printed menu or cold counter and, if left to chance, will become a waste item.  The cheeses we supply are not vac-packed; they are cut to order, properly ripe and have natural rinds. They need to be sold sooner rather than later and this only works if you have at least one cheese fan in your organisation - someone willing to invest time in looking after the cheese and enthusing everyone else. Ideally our cheeses should be purchased in small amounts, regularly.
